An Invitation to Grow

Think of Learn to Change as an invitation to a journey of self-reflection leading to action. We create learning environments that are conducive to explore ourselves as persons in teaching. Who are we? What do our stories say about us? How do we grow and change as persons and as teachers? Who and what inspires us? What do we value? How do we build meaningful relationships? How authentic are we? How do we bring it all together in our specific context?

Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise, so I am changing myself. (Rumi)

The exploration of diverse aspects of our teacher personality will lead us to concrete actions for change, of ourselves, of the societies we work and live in and the societies we hope to have in the future.
