“Training for Action” is my motto because I believe that Education and Training are not just for personal development but they should as well promote social changes. I work as lecturer on Intercultural learning and on European institutions at Osnabrück University and at Hanover University. As an external evaluator I work – for the European Commission and for the Belgium National Agency of the Youth in Action – Erasmus + programme. I have participated in editorial teams as author and editor creating educational materials, studies, reports on topics such as “European citizenship”, “Educational Evaluation”, “Non Formal Education curricula”, “Training for Trainers”. As an E-Learning Facilitator I have developed Moodle based environments and facilitated several E-learning platforms.
