Facing ‘Fake News’ and Propaganda through Online Cooperative Learning

L2C invites you to another free webinar hosted by Pascale Mompoint-Gaillard with guest speaker
Anna Maria Panagiotidou on Friday 24 April from 18.00 to 19.30 CET.

L2C proposes a free webinar hosted by Pascale Mompoint-Gaillard with guest speaker Anna Maria Panagiotidou, Deputy Director at the Ministry of Education (Greece). The webinar has two facets: we will tackle fake news while going deep into Cooperative Learning to learn how to nurture inclusive learning spaces in online settings.

While we flock #onlinetogether, seeking connection, entertainment, learning opportunities, information, etc., we can stumble on postings spreading anxiety and fear, blame and hate. In this particular circumstance, teachers may choose to develop innovative pedagogical approaches to help learners develop their dispositions for critical thinking. This webinar will propose such approaches.

Let’s learn together in the #COVID19!

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

You can also join the webinar directly on the day here.
